Q. Why do I need a CPCC Login account?
A. Your CPCC Login account allows you to login to CPCC's many personalized online services. A CPCC Login account is required to register for classes online. Your CPCC Login account is also used to access online content for classes and to login to computers in CPCC's many computer labs on campus.
Q. I created an account when I applied to the college. Is that my CPCC Login account?
A. No. The account you created on the CFNC/NCMentor site is for their site only. This enables you to return to their site and have them pull your application information back up. You must use the CPCC Login application to get a CPCC Login account.
Q. I had a student CPCC Login account created before July 2006, a classmate of mine had their CPCC Login account created after July 2006. Why is their CPCC Login ID easier to remember?
A. CPCC Login accounts created after July 2006 use a new naming scheme for the ID to help students remember them. We hope to announce a process in the Fall of 2006 to allow students with old student CPCC Login ID's to convert to the new format.
Q. What happened to SNAP?
A. To help you better access the College's many personalized online services, we've changed the name of our login page from SNAP (Single Network Access Pass) to CPCC Login. While we may have a fresh new name, you can still expect the same great services, including online access to registration, Blackboard and CPCC computers.
